Scene 1: Serve in a round bowl suitable for fried foods, lined with parchment paper

Plating Method

①Cut the oil-absorbing paper in half, roll it into a funnel shape, and fold about one centimeter inward at the pointed tip to prevent it from coming apart. Place it into a round bowl and adjust it slightly.

②Arrange the fries on top of the oil-absorbing paper, stacking them as high as possible. A small trick is to place the longer fries on top, making the whole presentation look more abundant.

③Sprinkle bacon bits and chopped green onions on top of the fries. The contrasting colors of these ingredients help create a visual focal point.

④Select a small dish with a spout and pour in the cheese sauce. Place it next to the fries, and sprinkle some paprika on the surface of the cheese sauce to enhance the visual appeal.

Plating Tip: Use another small dish for dipping sauce so everyone can enjoy it together, choosing whether or not to dip. A small dish with a spout can also be used to drizzle the sauce directly onto the fries!

Scene 2: Unique Tableware Design for Simple Visual Appeal

Since plated French fries can easily look messy and monotonous, a cleverly designed gourd-shaped bowl is used here. It not only helps arrange the fries neatly but also adds a touch of design with the distinctive tableware. The sauce is drizzled directly over the fries, ensuring each piece is coated with rich cheese sauce, and this presentation also works well for a second bake in the oven.

Plating Method

① Evenly spread the French fries on the plate.

② Place strips of bacon in the gaps between the fries, making sure they don’t exceed the edge of the plate to prevent sauce from overflowing later.

③ Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the fries.

④ Add a few more bacon strips on top to avoid completely covering the dish with cheese, then sprinkle chopped green onions in the center. Finally, dust the dish with paprika for a pop of color, creating a mouthwatering visual appeal.

Plating tip: To evenly distribute the sauce, pour slowly and consistently. Start from one corner and move back and forth, ensuring the sauce covers the entire dish evenly.
